Puspanjali Mohanty is the Founder and Chairman of the Utkal Seva Prakalpa, She is a social worker of high repute who has contributed her entire life for the development of weaker sections in the society. She is very talented Social Worker with the experience of working with people experiencing crisis or people who are socially excluded providing support to enable service users to help themselves, maintaining professional relationships with service users, acting as a guide, advocate or as a critical friend.

Thanks to her dynamic leadership and farsighted vision the Sai Institute Of Technological Science has made great strides along the path of progress. The Chairman has several plans to put Sai Institute Of Technological Science on the World map of Engineering and Technology Education.

Co-Founder-cum-Secretary of Utkal Seva Prakalpa and Co-Founder-cum-Member Secretary of S & P Foundation, Director of Sai Institute of Technological Science, Choudwar, Cuttack is an outstanding personage in the field of Engineering and Technology. Er. Asis Mohanty is considered to be one of the founding forces in Industrial Safety technology. He has distinguished himself in the evolution of environmental health and safety networks that support today's global companies. As a trustee, he contributes significantly in promoting the Entrepreneurship Curriculum and Wellness philosophy of the Colleges and School. He was associated with IT/Manufacture industry like Jindal, hp, Satyam and Mahindra Satyam and also he is a SAP AG Certified Consultant.
