KALIA Scholarship facility is available for all the eligible students-

The Scholarship will be given purely on merit basis to General, OBC, SEBC, EBC, etc... students those who are studying professional/ technical courses like Engineering, Diploma for different trades, etc.... by Govt. of Odisha.

Eligibility criteria for KALIA Scholarship:

• The children of all the eligible beneficiaries under the KALIA  scheme under the two different components namely Support to Cultivators for Cultivation and Livelihood Support too Landless Agricultural Households are eligible for the scholarship. The parent of the student must be eligible under KALIA during verification of Students application of Chief District Agriculture officer (CDAO) Level.
• The student must have obtained admission on merit basics in a government Institution/Private institution having AISHE code (all India survey on Higher Education) of the state and in premier Govt. Institution (both inside and outside).

Post Matric Scholarship facility is available for all the eligible students.  Eligibility Criteria for Post Matric Scholarship-

• Student shall belong to ST/SC/OBC/SEBC/EBC community and should be a permanent resident of Odisha.
• The students should continue their Post Matriculation Studies in any general/technical or professional courses in any Govt. or Govt. recognized Private institutes. 
• The annual family income of the parent/ guardians from all sources in case of ST/SC students should not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum. 
• The annual family income of the parent/ guardians from all sources in case of OBC/SEBC students should not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- per annum and they have to secure at least 50% marks in previous examination.
